Dwayne Key Jr. started his journey with UPS in 2005 and has been a part of the Full Time Management Team since 2012. Dwayne has held various positions at UPS leading up to his current role as Business Development Sales Manager. Dwayne’s team at UPS is responsible for $43 million dollars annually and his territory covers Downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Century City, Culver City, Santa Monica and Playa Vista.

Dwayne currently serves as the President of the UPS South Cal African American Business Resource Group and one of the AABRG’s missions is to partner with organizations in Southern California like Educate CA that look to empower, educate and develop our future leaders. Dwayne takes pride in the fact that his AABRG is active in the community and have facilitated a number of volunteer events such as school clean ups, adopt a family, school supply drives, food drives, financial literacy courses, virtual graduations and the list goes on. Dwayne is always looking for new ways to help positively impact the local community.

Dwayne attended California State University, Northridge where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies along with a Minor in Media Management in 2009. He then went on to further his education at CSUN by attaining a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Journalism in 2012.
